Operator: This site is operated by Nucomm Consulting LLC. Mobility Ledger is a product of Nucomm Consulting LLC. Nucomm Consulting LLC and its marketing partners maintain commercial relationships with certain service providers and may receive referral compensation if a recommendation results in a closed sale.

Mobility Ledger ("we") collects the information you enter in our benchmark: your name, work email, company, device counts, spend figures, the capabilities you select, and any carrier invoices you choose to upload. We use it to produce your estimate and, if you request one, to schedule your review.

Fulfillment partner: your submission and any uploaded invoices are shared with Allnet Air, the mobility provider partner that delivers the solutions we recommend, and with the service providers that operate this funnel (Calendly for scheduling, Supabase for private file storage and request processing, and Resend for transactional email). We do not sell your information.

Invoice storage: new uploads are held in private storage for up to 30 days and then deleted. Nick receives download links that expire after seven days. Anyone given one of these links can open it until it expires. We do not publish or publicly list uploaded invoices. Existing copies you or Allnet Air retain separately are not removed by this storage policy.

Requested emails: when you ask for a ledger, we email the estimate and PDF to the address you enter. When you submit documents or book a review, we notify Nick with the relevant details. Replies and messages to hello@mobilityledger.com are forwarded to Nick. These actions do not enroll you in a marketing sequence.

To have your data removed, email us at hello@mobilityledger.com and we will delete it and instruct our partners to do the same.
